Filefly End user license agreement (EULA)

The following agreement regarding Filefly software - referred to as "software" - is made between Amal Ajith - referred to as "licensor" - and anyone who is installing, accessing or in any other way using the software - referred to as "user".

• The author and holder of the copyright of the software is Amal Ajith. The licensor and as such issuer of the license and bearer of the worldwide exclusive usage rights including the rights to reproduce, distribute and make the software available to the public in any form is Filefly.in and Amal Ajith
• The software is distributed as free for use. This means that anyone may use the software at no charge on multiple devices.
• The software maybe distributed or shared without modifications to the original installation package.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR, LICENSOR, THE AGENTS OF THE LICENSOR, OR FILEFLY.IN BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Installing and using the software signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license, you must remove all software files from your storage devices and cease to use the software.
